HTML - Level 3 Advanced Web Authoring

Due to the incredibly rapid growth of the World Wide Web, expectations have changed and more
is being demanded of HTML. One indication of this is the pressure to add more tags. HTML Level 3
builds on Level 2 and adds several new features. Frames are one of the most requested features
of HTML Level 3 and will be the main focus in this laboratory session.
